The Christmas tree at Union Square, San Francisco. The tree goes up every year by Black Friday ~ a little early, but makes for a grand picture!
These giant, red Christmas bulbs at the 101 California Street building caught me by surprise when I walked by. I think the unusual decorations appear every Christmas, but they were still an unexpected surprise!
